Experience
I have taught both abroad and in England. Abroad I taught Phonetics, Grammar, Speaking and Writing at State University of Grodno, Belarus. I have a profound knowledge of English Grammar and can explain complex language phenomena in a clear way. I can also help students wishing to improve their pronunciation. After moving to England I enrolled on CELTA course to upgrade my teaching skills, and graduated with an excellent Grade B Certificate. Since then I have been teaching at several Newcastle colleges, providing additional one-to-one tuition to students needing help with the curriculum, as well as with preparing for IELTS and other Cambridge exams, Edexel, etc. As a tutor I can help a range of learners (from Beginner to Advanced) wishing to generally improve their English as well as to those with more specific needs (preparing for IELTS and other exams). I offer modern teaching techniques, up-to-date materials and lessons tailored to the needs of the learner.
